Sultan Bahu Centre (sultanbahucentre.org.uk) is an Islamic community centre — a vibrant hub serving the spiritual and social needs of its local Muslim community through religious education, community activities and welfare services.
The centre had a limited digital presence and minimal online visibility, with an outdated design that limited engagement. There was no automated prayer time display, Quran and Kalam Bahu content was not available on the site, and navigation and accessibility gaps made resources hard to find. Charity operations also lacked a unified, centralised system.
We modernised and redesigned the website, integrated the Mawaqit Masjid system for a real-time, auto-updating prayer timetable, and added dynamic Quran verse and Kalam Bahu displays. Navigation was restructured for intuitive journeys, and load times and mobile responsiveness were improved. We then implemented iCHARMS to centralise charity, donor, donation and appeal management with built-in reporting.
Completed in October 2025, the project gave Sultan Bahu Centre a stronger digital presence and an improved visitor experience. The community now has easy access to accurate prayer times, and charity operations are centralised with enhanced donor management and efficient reporting — making the centre’s community and charity operations easier to run.
