Common questions.
How do you price charity websites?
We work to one of three commercial models: fixed-fee for clearly scoped websites and portals, monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance and marketing, and time-and-materials for discovery or bespoke software phases. We do not publish figures online because charity budgets vary widely; instead we scope the work first and quote against the agreed brief.
Why are some of your bespoke projects not listed publicly?
Several of our custom software builds are delivered under non-disclosure agreements and cannot be discussed publicly. Where this is the case we can usually share anonymised approach and outcome details under a mutual NDA during a discovery call.
