Minimal organic reach limited community engagement, with no structured keyword strategy or metadata behind the site.

Donations and records depended on manual processes, and fragmented donor data compromised accuracy — with 5–6 days to publish a new appeal.
Slow load times and a non-responsive legacy design lost mobile donors, alongside security vulnerabilities in the old stack.

Banbury Madni Masjid serves a growing congregation and community in Oxfordshire. Since February 2025, Techno Serve has partnered with the mosque to transform its digital fundraising ecosystem — strategy, website redevelopment, SEO, Google Grants, analytics, donor management, automation and ongoing optimisation.
Organic reach was minimal and the legacy site was slow, insecure and poor on mobile — where most donors land. Gift Aid ran on month-long cycles, appeals took 5–6 days to publish, and fragmented donor data carried heavy duplication with recurring retention at 51%.
We migrated the website to Astro for speed and SEO, integrated iCHARMS for donor management, and activated a $10K/month Google Grant. A phased methodology — discovery, build, acquire, optimise — sequenced each stage on a stable foundation, with analytics instrumented across the funnel.
Organic sessions grew from 900 to 68,373 (a 7,497% increase), with 112,369 new users and 799K search impressions recorded. Gift Aid processing fell from a month to 10 days, appeal publishing from 5–6 days to 1–2 days, and recurring donor retention rose from 51% to 79% — with duplicate records all but eliminated. Google Grants deployed £81.1K in charity search advertising at a £2.20 average CPC, and mobile Lighthouse SEO reached 92/100.
