The legacy WordPress site recorded just 5 organic sessions, loaded very slowly, scored 20/100 on Lighthouse and carried an 85% bounce rate. Appeal pages took 4–5 days to publish, donor data held “super high” duplication, and recurring retention sat at 40%.
