DeliPack Express is a logistics and courier company providing end-to-end supply chain solutions across courier services, warehousing, distribution, fleet management and supply chain operations. Techno Serve delivered a complete digital transformation — a new website, a custom logistics platform to replace the legacy LeaseBother application, and ongoing digital marketing.
The legacy LeaseBother application was slow, manual and hard to scale. Around 70% of tasks were handled manually, reports were delayed by up to 48 hours, and the error rate sat at 35%.
