The story

Background

DeliPack Express is a logistics and courier company providing end-to-end supply chain solutions across courier services, warehousing, distribution, fleet management and supply chain operations. Techno Serve delivered a complete digital transformation — a new website, a custom logistics platform to replace the legacy LeaseBother application, and ongoing digital marketing.

Challenge

The legacy LeaseBother application was slow, manual and hard to scale. Around 70% of tasks were handled manually, reports were delayed by up to 48 hours, and the error rate sat at 35%. Poor UI/UX, expensive licensing, rigid architecture, no customisation and no customer portal drove communication delays and complaints.

Approach

We ran a structured, phased programme — discovery and system audit, UI/UX design and prototyping, agile build in two-week sprints with full QA and UAT, then phased deployment with data migration, staff training and ongoing support. The new custom platform spans 16+ core modules and 50+ features, built on Laravel, PHP and REST APIs with a React front end, MySQL and encrypted cloud backups, and hardened with role-based access, encryption and 2FA.

Outcome

DeliPack Express replaced LeaseBother with a modular, cloud-native platform delivering a 99.9% uptime SLA and 3x faster processing. The transformation reached 85% process automation, 60% faster operations, a 95% reduction in errors, 3x higher customer satisfaction and 40% cost savings — with dynamic dashboards and BI replacing 48-hour manual reports, and a full customer self-service portal replacing a system that had none.
